		<description>Hmm, I guess I wasn&#039;t clear. The bitterness was a result of the yuzu flavoring, not the tea itself. If you took out the flavoring this would have been a perfectly serviceable though not spectacular green tea.</description>

Many people don&#039;t know how to brew the japanese green teas with the right temp and they comment on how strong and bitter it is.
